Job summary

Refractal in the United Kingdom is seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to own UK and European customer journeys, from onboarding to renewal. You will coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and act as the technical lead across security, risk and AI integrations.

The role emphasizes retention, expansion, and translating customer feedback into product requirements, with strong stakeholder communication and a track record of delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical account management or similar in B2B software.
• Strong technical grounding in cloud, APIs, identity, and SaaS integrations.
• Experience driving retention and expansion across enterprise accounts.
• Composure handling escalations with senior stakeholders.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation plans with customers' security, risk and AI teams, alongside our Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Act as the technical point of contact: troubleshoot integrations, manage escalations and coordinate fixes with engineering.
• Track adoption and outcomes, and run regular business reviews with customer stakeholders.
• Own renewals and identify expansion opportunities with our Account Executives.
• Turn customer feedback into clear product requirements, and build the playbooks and documentation behind technical account management.
