Job summary

Neural Concept in London, UK is seeking a seasoned Enterprise SaaS Sales Leader with a strong engineering foundation. You will drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and present our AI-enabled design platform to leading engineering firms across Europe.

This role requires building long-term customer relationships, navigating multi-stage sales cycles, and leading a high-performing sales team. Hybrid work and international travel within Europe are expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in highly technical enterprise SaaS sales with long cycles.
• Mandatory engineering background with exposure to CAD/CAE software.
• Experience closing deals in the CHF 100,000 to CHF 1 M+ CHF range.
• Experience selling to data science/engineering teams, IT & cloud infrastructure teams.
• Experience selling into the Industrial & Manufacturing industry is a plus.
• You exhibit professionalism, ethical conduct, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• You have a genuine passion for continuous learning and innovation.
