Job summary

Neural Concept SA is seeking a seasoned sales leader with an engineering foundation to drive revenue growth in Europe. You will identify strategic opportunities, build partnerships, and represent our AI-assisted design platform to leading engineering customers.

The role combines technical insight with sales leadership to expand our footprint across the region. A hybrid London-based setup with UK travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in highly technical enterprise SaaS sales.
• Mandatory engineering background.
• Experience closing deals in CHF 100,000 to CHF 1 M+ CHF range.
• Experience selling to data science/engineering teams, IT & cloud infrastructure teams.
• Experience selling into the Industrial & Manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Strong professionalism, communication skills, and a desire for continuous learning.
