Logistics is seeking a Shop Sales Executive to act as a key contact for prospective and existing customers, offering expert guidance on Logistics UK products and services and maximizing engagement and sales opportunities.

The role supports stock monitoring, identifies sales trends, and provides insights to shape product offerings, ensuring customers access relevant solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to communicate clearly.
• Strong telephone and email communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email and resolve them.
• Provide accurate administrative support for orders and product returns.
• Coordinate with Fulfilment Partners to ensure order accuracy and great customer experience.
• Support stakeholders to drive sales and protect profit.
• Assist non-account managed customers and members where needed.
• Follow up on enquiries to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within the product portfolio.
• Support Finance with invoice queries and overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Meet service levels and support colleagues across the business.
