Job summary

Salt is seeking a Market Coordinator to join its Key Accounts team in a fully remote role across the UK. The contract runs for 12 months, with a daily rate of up to £260. Start date is January 2027.

You will be the day-to-day operational contact for strategic partners, supporting account managers by handling inquiries, escalations, and operational tasks while driving partner success. You will collaborate with internal teams, monitor performance, and deliver reports and insights for business

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, customer success or related roles.
• Experience managing a portfolio of partner or customer accounts.
• Strong escalation management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational contact for strategic partners.
• Respond to partner enquiries professionally and timely.
• Manage escalations from investigation through resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor operational performance, risks and trends across accounts.
• Prepare reports, insights and data for business reviews.
• Support partners with product updates, process changes and new features.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
