Job summary

SFG20 in the United Kingdom is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to guide customers from project kickoff to go-live on the SFG20 platform. You will deliver a high-quality onboarding experience, manage multiple implementations, and coordinate internal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

You will lead data configuration and data cleansing using Excel, run workshops, track milestones, mitigate risks, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance or Compliance.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship skills.
• Strong project planning and organisational abilities.
• Experience implementing SaaS/business software solutions.
• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Comfort presenting to customers and facilitating workshops.
• Familiarity with data migration or system configuration activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through implementation from kick-off to go-live.
• Configure customer data in the platform using internal tools.
• Prepare, cleanse and validate data with Excel.
• Deliver activities aligned with project plans and timelines.
• Conduct workshops and progress updates.
• Support onboarding and system adoption.
• Maintain implementation documentation.
• Report progress to customers and stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and drive resolution.
• Coordinate across internal teams for delivery.
