Job summary

SFG20 is seeking an Implementation Delivery Manager to ensure customers adopt the platform successfully. You will guide projects from initiation to go-live, deliver a high-quality onboarding experience, and coordinate internal teams to ensure timely, high-standard delivery.

The role focuses on customer success, adoption and long-term value, with an emphasis on data configuration, process improvement and collaborative delivery across Success, Product and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance or Compliance sectors.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship skills.
• Strong project planning and organisational skills.
• Experience implementing SaaS or cloud-based software solutions.
• Advanced Excel data manipulation, validation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the implementation journey from project kick-off to go-live.
• Configure customer data within the SFG20 platform using internal systems and tools.
• Prepare, cleanse, manipulate and validate customer data in Excel and other tools.
• Deliver implementation activities in line with project plans, timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct customer workshops, implementation meetings and progress updates.
• Support onboarding activities and transition to Business as Usual.
• Ensure documentation is completed and maintained accurately.
• Manage multiple implementation projects with scope, timescales and budgets.
