SchoolHire, part of the ParentPay Group, is seeking a proactive Sales/BD professional to drive growth in the education sector. You will identify schools and partners, build a healthy sales pipeline, and deliver compelling online demonstrations to showcase how our platform maximises facility lettings.

You will engage with customers remotely across the UK, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing, onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth handover and excellent customer

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales or business development, ideally SaaS with an education angle.
• Experience proactively finding new opportunities across multiple channels.
• Experience using CRM systems to track pipeline opportunities.
• Experience working with online platforms or software.

Aufgaben

• Proactively identify, research and approach prospective schools and partners to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking.
• Deliver engaging online demonstrations to show how SchoolHire helps schools maximise facility lettings.
• Understand prospect needs, handle objections, and guide opportunities from contact to agreement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities and forecasts in the CRM.
