Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited seeks a Field Applications Engineer to support RF systems and networking in Cambridge/Remote, UK. You will engage with customers from discovery through capability delivery, delivering training and demonstrations while aligning with sales objectives.

The role requires travel within the UK and overseas, a degree or technical education, and proven field engineering and training delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or similar technical education.
• Demonstrable qualifications and experience of RF systems and the RF Spectrum.
• Proven understanding of networking principles and tools.
• Proven Field Engineering experience.
• Proven Training Delivery Experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Sales during the sales process (pre/post-sale).
• Provide direct technical support to customers/end-users.
• Engage with Sales to support objectives.
• Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met.
• Follow CRFS Quality Management System in all activities.
• Complete FAE Task Plans/Technical Reports accurately.
• Update and deliver Customer Training materials to required standards.
• Deliver Customer Training effectively.
• Provide first-line customer support as needed.
• Stay engaged with CRFS technical staff to maintain currency.
• Deliver successful external demonstrations and events.
