James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd are recruiting a Responsive Repairs Manager for a Housing Association in the South West on a temporary contract. The role is home based with a daily rate of circa £400 (Umbrella).

Start is immediate, with potential to go full time. We seek someone with strong experience in social housing repairs, property services, maintenance operations or asset management, capable of managing stakeholders, contractors and customer-focused services.

• Proven experience in social housing repairs or property services.
• Track record in maintenance operations and asset management.
• Strong stakeholder, contractor and customer-focused service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage responsive repairs across a housing portfolio.
• Oversee complex damp and mould cases.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations.
• Drive contractor performance and service delivery.
• Chase outstanding repairs and reduce backlogs.
• Conduct site visits and support field teams.
