Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking an Interim Repairs Operations Manager for a major social housing maintenance programme in South East London. You will lead a large repairs operation across ~25,000 properties, delivering safe, compliant and efficient service.

You will manage a diverse team of up to 125, direct multi-disciplinary operations, oversee budgets, and drive performance improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and tenant satisfaction.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Operations Manager on an interim contract basis to support a progressive local authority in South East London.

In this influential leadership capacity, you will oversee a large-scale responsive maintenance operation managing approximately 25,000 residential properties.
