Job summary

Health Partners is seeking a Resource Planner to remotely support clients across the UK on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role requires organised, proactive collaboration and exceptional customer service as you allocate resources, coordinate schedules, and liaise with coordinators.

You will handle attendance reports, assist with invoices, and maintain GDPR-compliant records while upholding confidentiality and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources (people and equipment) to deliver services.
• Coordinate site visits and prepare schedules for clients.
• Support customers via phone and email and ensure timely responses.
• Liaise with coordinators to keep schedules on track and escalate issues.
• Compile attendance and activity reports to meet client requirements.
• Assist with monthly invoice requisitions and maintain records.
