Health Partners is seeking a highly organised Resource Planner to optimise national service delivery. You will plan site visits, allocate resources via our scheduling portal, and provide strong customer support by phone and email.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate site visits and schedules on a national scale.
  • Allocate resources (People and Equipment) via scheduling portal.
  • Support customers by phone and email with visit planning.
  • Liaise with customer coordinators; monitor schedule completion and escalate as needed.
  • Prepare information for handover to national screening staff.
  • Compile attendance and activity reports to meet client requirements.
  • Assist with raising monthly invoice requisitions.
