Health Partners is seeking a proactive Resource Planner on a 12-month fixed-term basis to support onboarding and integration of newly acquired clients. The role requires strong organisation, effective scheduling, and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work within a collaborative team, allocate resources, liaise with coordinators, and prepare schedules to meet client needs while ensuring data accuracy and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work across multiple clients.
• Clear written and verbal communication, plus a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan efficient service delivery on a national scale in collaboration with the team.
• Allocate resources (people and equipment) using the scheduling portal.
• Support customers by phone and email, coordinating site visits and schedules.
