Working collaboratively, you will plan and coordinate site visits and schedules, allocate resources via our scheduling portal, and provide exceptional customer support via phone and email. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and deliver excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Allocation of resources (People and Equipment) within our team scheduling portal
  • Supporting our customers via phone and email - planning site visits and preparation of visit schedules for our customers completion.
  • Liaising with customer coordinators and their employees, monitoring the completion of schedules and escalating where those are not filling to expected levels.
  • Collation of information for handover to our national screening staff
  • Compilation of regular attendance & activity reports to meet client requirements
  • Assist with raising monthly invoice requisitions
What we are looking for:

You should also demonstrate a proactive approach, the ability to use your initiative, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

This role requires exceptional customer service skills, as you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals, all while embodying the company's CORE Values: Caring Matters, One Team, Great Relationships, and Excellence at All Times.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the necessary skills and experience, as well as have access to a suitable, quiet workspace.
