Job summary

Health Partners Group Ltd seeks an organised Resource Planner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support onboarding after a recent acquisition. The role is full-time and involves coordinating national service delivery, managing schedules, and ensuring accurate invoicing and reporting.

You will liaise with coordinators, handle escalations with clinical teams, and uphold GDPR and confidentiality while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive Resource Planner with strong planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient IT skills including databases, Outlook, Word and basic Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work within a collaborative team to identify and plan efficient service delivery on a national scale.
• Allocate resources (both people and equipment) using our team scheduling portal.
• Support customers via phone and email, coordinating site visits and preparing schedules.
• Liaise with customer coordinators, ensuring schedules are completed on time and escalating issues.
• Compile attendance and activity reports to meet client requirements.
• Assist with raising monthly invoice requisitions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage escalated cases from our national screening staff, liaising with case management and clinical teams to resolve issues.
• Update records and take appropriate actions in line with escalation outcomes.
• Ensure GDPR and confidentiality are upheld in all processes.
