Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate site visits and schedules to optimise national service delivery.
• Allocate resources via scheduling portal (People and Equipment).
• Provide customer support by phone and email.
• Monitor schedule completion with customer coordinators; escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare information for handover to national screening staff.
• Compile regular attendance and activity reports to meet client requirements.
• Assist with raising monthly invoice requisitions.
