Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a Repairs Co Ordinator to join the PAAM team in London. This remote, full-time 6-month fixed-term contract supports the Assistant Asset Lifecycle Manager in delivering maintenance, compliance and capital replacement across PAAM properties.

Salary £28,000–£32,000 and a focus on value for money with strong health & safety adherence. The role requires experience in repairs coordination, strong IT and communication skills, and the ability to manage warranties, costs

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a similar repairs coordination role with knowledge of repairs coordination.
• Resilient, positive and able to deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Highly organised with strong IT skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Support the collection of asset management data during the Acquisition phase.
• Ensure contracted service levels are understood and delivered in accordance with KPIs.
• Risk management – support early identification of potential problems and assist development of risk mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure cost management of each property and support analysis of assets to drive lifecycle strategy.
• Ensure effective management of warranties and call back work.
• Management of the completion of planned and reactive works.
• Lead the repairs function ensuring all repairs are completed in line with KPIs and lifecycle strategy.
• Ensure repairs offer good value for money.
• Ensure repairs are completed in accordance with health and safety legislation and Pinnacle Group policies.
• Recovery of all tenant related repair costs.
