Job summary

Pinnacle Group, London, is seeking a Repairs Coordinator to support the Asset Lifecycle Management within PAAM. You will take ownership of reactive maintenance and coordinate repairs to meet contractual requirements, health and safety standards, and value for money across PAAM properties.

The ideal candidate has experience in repairs coordination, a customer service background, and strong IT and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs coordination or similar role.
• Customer-service background preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection of asset management data during the Acquisition phase.
• Ensure contracted service levels are understood and delivered with KPIs.
• Support risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Work with Finance to ensure cost management of each property.
• Manage completion of planned and reactive works.
• Lead repairs to meet KPIs and lifecycle strategy.
• Ensure repairs offer value for money and comply with health and safety policies.
