Pinnacle Group is seeking a Repairs Coordinator to join the Homes Division's PAAM team. You will support the Assistant Asset Lifecycle Manager in delivering the Asset Lifecycle Strategy, covering void works, planned and statutory maintenance, capital replacement and compliance.

The role focuses on reactive maintenance, data collection, cost control and ensuring works meet KPIs and health and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a repairs coordination role or customer service background.
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Support the collection of asset management data during the Acquisition phase.
• Ensure contracted service levels are understood and delivered with KPIs.
• Assist risk mitigation and identify potential problems early.
• Collaborate with Finance to control costs and analyse assets for lifecycle strategy.
• Manage warranties and call-back work.
• Oversee planned and reactive works to completion.
• Lead repairs to meet KPIs and lifecycle strategy and ensure value for money.
• Ensure repairs comply with health and safety legislation and company policies.
• Support recovery of tenant-related repair costs.
