Job summary

Foundever is seeking a proactive Sales & Renewals Advisor to join our UK-based campaign, working from home. You’ll manage renewals for maintenance agreements and licences, identify upsell opportunities, and build lasting customer relationships across UK and international clients.

You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, and strive to meet daily activity and order targets while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer renewals: contact existing UK and international customers to secure renewals for maintenance agreements and annual licences.
• Identify sales opportunities to upsell products, services and licences based on customer needs.
• Build positive, professional relationships with existing customers and internal teams to support retention and growth.
• Deliver excellent service using active listening, effective questioning and clear communication.
