New Leaf Search Ltd in the UK is seeking a Relationship Manager, Construction to grow dealer and customer relationships across Southern England from a remote, field-based base. You will develop mid-ticket Construction Finance opportunities and identify growth prospects while maintaining strong dealer networks.

Responsibilities include negotiating deals, assessing financing proposals, preparing credit submissions and collaborating with credit, operations and sales teams to deliver high service

Qualificações

• Proven sales and business development experience within Asset Finance and Leasing
• Strong understanding of the Construction Finance market and dealer-led financing relationships
• Experience managing and developing relationships with dealers, manufacturers and customers
• Sound knowledge of credit assessment, deal structuring and commercial negotiation
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• A proactive, commercially focused approach to developing and maintaining business relationships

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, introducers and customers across the Southern territory
• Generate new business opportunities through regular visits, proactive contact strategies and relationship development
• Identify and secure new finance transactions, negotiating pricing and structuring deals to meet customer requirements
• Build relationships with new dealers, manufacturers and customers to expand business opportunities
• Assess financing proposals, prepare credit submissions and ensure compliance with relevant credit policies and procedures
• Monitor introducer performance, sales activity, conversion rates and deal pipelines
• Work collaboratively with credit, operations and other internal stakeholders to deliver a high standard of customer service
• Support the wider sales team in achieving business growth and financial targets
