Job summary

New Leaf Search Ltd in the UK is seeking an Internal Relationship Manager for Construction Finance on an 18-month Fixed-Term Contract in Greater London / Surrey (Hybrid). You will manage an established portfolio of vendor accounts and coordinate transactions from proposal through to payout.

The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with introducers and customers, handling enquiries up to £200,000, and collaborating with credit, legal and operations to ensure a smooth customer

Qualifications

• Experience in Asset Finance and Leasing is required.
• Ability to manage vendor, introducer and customer relationships.
• Good understanding of finance transactions, proposals and credit processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with vendor partners, introducers and customers in Construction Finance.
• Be primary contact for allocated accounts with regular communication and responsive support.
• Handle finance enquiries and transactions up to £200,000 with timely progression.
• Discuss customer financing requirements and negotiate terms and proposals.
• Coordinate transactions from quotation to payout and credit assessment to documentation.
• Assess proposals, creditworthiness and prepare submissions as needed.
• Monitor activity and highlight issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Liaise with credit, legal, compliance and operations for a smooth customer experience.
