New Leaf Search Ltd is partnering with an established UK Asset Finance organisation to recruit a Business Development Manager, Transport, covering the Southern UK region (remote). The role focuses on developing Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) business and managing introducer relationships across brokers, vendors, customers and prospects from a field-based setting.

• Strong relationship development capability
• New business focused and commercially driven
• Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in a remote field-based role

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing LCV introducer relationships
• Identify and onboard new LCV introducers
• Develop business across brokers, vendors, customers and prospects
• Build relationships across the LCV market throughout Southern UK
• Identify opportunities to generate additional new business
• Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to develop LCV business
