Job summary

Volvo Trucks is seeking a Regional Customer Sales & Support Manager for a remote role based in Scotland’s Central Belt. You will strengthen customer partnerships, drive premium service, and deploy digital dealer workflows across the North & Scotland region.

Frequent travel and a strong sales orientation are essential. You will shape the regional plan, lead end-to-end customer experiences, and collaborate with dealerships, SMD, and Market Company to deliver growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales environment.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Experience in commercial machinery, logistics solutions, transportation services, or heavy industrial equipment.
• Proven pro-active and self-starter.
• Excellent communication across all levels.
• Calm under pressure with pragmatic approach.
• Negotiation experience at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver new business opportunities to improve performance and profitability.
• Build and manage strong relationships with national and regional customers, providing end-to-end service market support.
• Act as the key interface between customers, dealerships, SMD, and Market Company to ensure smooth issue resolution and best-in-class service.
• Drive contract penetration across the vehicle parc and manage a centralised contract process, including pricing, quotations, expiries, and financial risk.
• Develop and implement service market sales initiatives aligned to regional strategy.
• Ensure governance of parts inventory and VOSP through direct reports.
• Lead the development of digital approaches to market products and services.
• Build capability across dealerships to support growth and premium customer experiences.
• Develop future talent and champion Diversity & Inclusion.
