Job summary

NT Engineering & Manufacturing is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own the Scotland territory from a home-based location. You will develop and manage a portfolio of manufacturing customers, win new business and expand the install base with existing clients.

You’ll work with product specialists to support technical sales, with a six-month onboarding plan and a focus on selling on value rather than price. A competitive base, bonus with OTE, and a company car or allowance accompany this

Qualifications

• Experience in selling technical, engineering or industrial products.
• Scotland territory sales experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow care bases.

Responsibilities

• Own the Scotland territory, managing and growing a portfolio of manufacturing customers.
• Win new business and grow the install base with existing customers.
• Unlock new opportunities with smaller independent businesses across Scotland.
• Collaborate with product specialists to support technical sales.
• Complete full onboarding over the first 6 months.
