Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in Scotland is recruiting an Area Fleet Manager to lead fleet sales targets across our local market. Reporting to the National Fleet Manager, you will build trusted relationships with customers, leasing partners and retailers, and deliver annual order targets.

The role offers a clear territory plan, strong product range, and the opportunity to influence how we grow fleet business in a dynamic market shaped by electrification and new regulation.

Qualificações

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Confident communicator who can connect with different audiences.
• Strong commercial judgement with ability to spot opportunities.
• Great relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust quickly.
• Customer-first mindset and focus on service.
• Experience in B2B sales, account management or a similar commercial role.
