Job summary

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in Scotland is recruiting an Area Fleet Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. You will join a high-performing sales team, responsible for delivering annual fleet sales and building long-term relationships with customers, retailers and leasing partners.

Reporting to the National Fleet Manager, you will develop territory plans, identify new business opportunities, and drive customer satisfaction while navigating industry changes, electrification and regulatory

Qualifications

• Confident communicator who can connect with different audiences.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and build positive outcomes.
• Strong track record of meeting sales targets.
• Good commercial judgement and spotting opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in B2B sales, account management or similar role.
