Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Regional Commercial Manager to drive the commercial performance of a portfolio of hard facilities management contracts across Scotland and the North of England.

Reporting to the Commercial Director and working with the Regional Operations Director, you will maximise profitability, manage contractual risk and ensure robust governance in both public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial management of facilities management contracts.
• Experience negotiating contract variations and change control.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and present effectively.
• Experience with public sector frameworks and regulated procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the commercial performance across a portfolio of FM contracts.
• Lead the development, pricing, and recovery of contract variations and revenue opportunities.
• Negotiate and draft changes to contract specifications and documentation.
• Provide strategic commercial support to operational leadership to maximise profitability and cash generation.
• Act as senior commercial interface between business and customer.
