Job summary

ISS Facilities Services seeks a Regional Engineering Manager to lead a multi-service engineering team across client sites in the Central Belt. The role is based from Livingston with some travel to sites, on-site requirements expected.

You will drive operational excellence, ensure statutory compliance, manage budgets and performance, and build strong client relationships while delivering a high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management (FM) with a hard FM or technical bias.
• Proven ability to lead multi-service engineering teams.
• Strong budgeting, performance and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering operations across the contract, ensuring service excellence.
• Deliver against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual performance requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and maintenance schedules.
• Drive health, safety, environmental and quality standards across sites.
• Lead, motivate and develop engineering teams to achieve objectives.
• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation and labour utilisation.
• Oversee budget control, cost management and financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
