Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Facilities Manager supervisor to lead a team of engineers and operatives across Scotland. Based in Glasgow, you will manage hard FM contracts, ensure quality, safety and environmental compliance, and maximise performance and client satisfaction.

You will report to operations managers, support WBU managers, and work a Monday–Friday pattern with on-call requirements. The role requires driving licence and willingness to develop staff and supply chain capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hard FM contracts.
• Ability to lead a team of operatives and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of QA, health & safety, and environmental standards.
• Willingness to work on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in the management of quality, environmental and health & safety issues at each site in line with company policies.
• Manage statutory maintenance tasks with no gaps.
• Performance management of subordinates and HR issues.
• Ensure PPMs and reactive works are completed on time and within budget.
• Drive client satisfaction and profitable account performance.
• Provide leadership and direction to the WBU engineers and operatives.
