Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager in the Liverpool region to drive new business sales of payment solutions. You will develop monthly strategies, manage a self-generated pipeline, and build relationships across local networks to extend market share.

Ideally you bring proven B2B field sales experience, comfort selling to C-level; strong consultative, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in targeted B2B field sales (Merchant Sales Experience Essential)
• Comfortable selling up to C-level
• Excellent consultative approach, solution selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with minimal oversight and team contribution

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets aligned to company objectives
• Develop monthly strategy and business plan to attract new business and extend market share
• Generate new business and manage a self-generated pipeline using Sales Force
• Build relationships across local business networks and attend events
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue growth within pricing policy
• Support regional director with onboarding of new team members
