Yolk Recruitment Ltd is supporting a global manufacturer in search of a Regional Technical Sales Manager for the Building Envelope sector. The role covers London, the Midlands and South East England, combining field sales with technical refurbishment expertise.

You will identify refurbishment opportunities in commercial/industrial buildings, develop new business, engage with owners and contractors, and provide technically sound, commercially viable refurbishment solutions while protecting

Qualifications

• Experience in Roofing, Cladding, façades or building-envelope refurbishments on commercial/industrial buildings.
• Ability to identify opportunities in existing buildings and convert to viable projects.
• Strong commercial awareness to discuss scope, costs, value and proposals.
• Excellent relationship-building with customers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Identify refurbishment opportunities in commercial/industrial buildings.
• Develop new business across the refurbishment market in London, Midlands and South East.
• Engage with building owners, end users, contractors and consultants to assess needs.
• Provide technical and commercial refurbishment solutions with internal teams.
• Negotiate commercial agreements while protecting margins.
• Maintain CRM, pipelines and forecasts.
