Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Regional Technical Sales Manager in a hybrid/remote UK-based role covering South Wales to Cornwall. You will identify refurbishment opportunities across commercial/industrial buildings, focusing on roofing, cladding, and building-envelope solutions, and develop viable, technically sound proposals.

You will engage with owners, contractors, surveyors and consultants, building strong relationships and driving revenue in a growing UK/European market.

Qualifications

• Experience in or knowledge of roofing, cladding, facades or building-envelope refurbishment.
• Strong understanding of how refurbishment projects are identified, scoped and delivered.
• Ability to identify opportunities in existing commercial/industrial buildings and convert to viable projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify commercial/industrial buildings with refurbishment needs across South Wales to Cornwall.
• Develop new business opportunities in the refurbishment market and build a strong pipeline.
• Engage with building owners, contractors, surveyors and consultants to understand requirements and propose solutions.
