Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Onboarding Executive to join our remote team. The role focuses on embedding compliance and delivering a smooth candidate journey from application to employment.

You will manage a pipeline of up to 100 candidates, hit regional hiring targets, coordinate training, and ensure all checks meet CQC requirements. The position offers £26,000 per year plus uncapped monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator in an HR or Recruitment function would be an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound applicants, with first contact within 2 hours of offer acceptance.
• Adhere to SLAs by contacting candidates every other day via phone, email and text.
• Support candidates to gather documents and process references, DBSs and Right to Work checks.
• Ensure checks are completed correctly and hires are compliant with CQC regulations.
• Book candidates into training sessions and coordinate with trainers.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Regional Directors for risk assessments.
• Send contracts and complete Carer Sign Off forms.
• Data entry and management of candidate files and ATS records.
• Escalate issues to Team Leaders promptly and maintain Compliance Tracker.
• Use ATS to record communications and move candidates to correct statuses.
• Aim to achieve personal and regional monthly hiring targets.
• Manage a pipeline of up to 100 candidates and convert 35+ hires per month.
