Job summary

The Bleep 360 Group is seeking an organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our Internal Talent Team. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment across CQC- and Ofsted-regulated care services, from vacancy approval and advertising through to offers and onboarding.

You will work closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, compliant recruitment experience, maintaining accurate records and supporting high-volume campaigns with a candidate-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment administration.
• Ability to coordinate recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience completing pre-employment checks within a regulated care environment or Safer Recruitment standards.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles from vacancy to onboarding.
• Advertise vacancies, screen applications, source candidates and arrange interviews.
• Manage offers and pre-employment checks ( DBS, references, right to work, qualifications).
• Ensure recruitment activity meets Safer Recruitment standards.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment trackers for compliance.
• Build relationships with candidates, managers and stakeholders.
• Support high-volume campaigns and candidate attraction initiatives.
• Monitor time-to-hire and KPIs, escalating delays as needed.
