Job summary

Hill Care Ltd. is seeking two Recruitment Coordinators to join the People Team. The roles are home-based with regional travel across the North and South regions of the UK, 30 hours per week, paid at £15.00 per hour. You will own vacancies from posting to offer, supporting safer recruitment checks and candidate experience.

As part of the People Team, you’ll build strong relationships with Home Managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth end-to-end recruitment process and alignment with CARE values.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
• Experience in recruitment, recruitment coordination, HR administration or onboarding
• Comfortable picking up the phone and building relationships with candidates and managers
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
• Experience with safer recruitment practices (DBS, Right to Work, references)
• Ability to work independently within a wider People Team

Responsibilities

• Create, publish, maintain and refresh internal and external job adverts
• Ensure adverts reflect role, location, hours and requirements
• Proactively search CV databases and candidate sources
• Identify and approach suitable candidates
• Support local recruitment campaigns and events
• Coordinate candidate interviews and shortlisting
• Maintain regular candidate communication throughout the process
• Escalate complex recruitment matters when needed
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure completion of pre-employment checks
• Maintain recruitment records and systems
