Job summary

Cera Care Ltd. is seeking a Local Recruiter to support our local recruitment efforts across care branches in the Stroud area. You will travel to branches and events, build relationships, and grow a strong local candidate network for care roles.

The role emphasizes offline recruitment channels, community presence, and collaboration with local teams to drive brand awareness and high-quality hires. Part-time 20 hours per week with a salary of £13,450 per annum.

Qualifications

• Own vehicle and driving ability; essential for local travel.
• Proven success in fast-paced recruitment or engagement roles.
• Care experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.
• Public speaking to groups and individuals.
• Event planning, booking and coordination skills.
• Stakeholder and relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow offline candidate pools for 3–5 branches and adapt to needs.
• Travel to branches and events; base locally as required.
• Build strong local community ties and candidate pipelines.
• Liaise with branches and Regional Managers on requirements.
• Manage candidates through recruitment, conduct interviews, support onboarding.
• Organise local events and branch visits to drive recruitment.
• Support local attraction strategies via social channels and referrals.
• Review local campaign performance and report weekly.
• Create materials to discuss performance on branch visits/calls.
• Be the voice for local care recruitment and brand awareness.
