The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Staffing Administrator to join our Critical Care team. You will coordinate rotas, manage daily staffing changes and absences, arrange temporary staffing, and support payroll and workforce administration to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

With NHS experience and strong IT and organisational skills, you will work independently in a fast-paced environment and liaise with CCU staff and the temporary staffing office to maintain

• Experience in NHS or similar healthcare environment.
• Experience of staff rostering and HealthRoster.
• Excellent organisational and IT skills.
• Ability to work independently and calmly in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and maintain staff rotas for the Critical Care Unit.
• Manage daily staffing changes and absence to ensure safe staffing levels.
