Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking a Field-based Product Support Specialist to service and support clinical customers in theatre environments. The role includes supporting MAKO robotic procedures and coordinating training with the local sales team.

Travel within the region, with 100% travel expectation, and occasional weekend coverage with TOIL. Strong emphasis on customer service and asset management in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Qualifications

• Theatre experience or professional training in a medical environment preferred.
• Industry background also advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Servicing existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment.
• Providing support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries.
• Training theatre and wider HCP staff on Stryker products.
• Auditing theatre stock and managing consignment inventory.
