Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is hiring a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive UK Public Sector growth. You will win new clients and expand existing accounts across government, NHS, Defence, and related bodies, using G-Cloud, CCS and other frameworks.

A strong hunter mindset and tender/bid proficiency are essential. The role offers remote flexibility with periodic meetups every 6-8 weeks and a clear path to shape a strategic Public Sector division within a fast-growing tech talent

Qualifications

• Proven Public Sector sales experience.
• Experience in technology recruitment or staffing.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Win new Public Sector clients and grow existing accounts.
• Leverage G-Cloud, DOS and CCS frameworks to create opportunities.
• Manage bid and tender responses.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships across procurement and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to provide talent solutions.
