• Identify a simple information request that has an approved public answer.
• Provide a correct link or next step when authorised.
• Move account-specific questions toward an approved private contact route.
• Avoid repeating personal details a commenter has posted publicly.
• Flag a complaint or moderation question for the responsible colleague.
• Record whether a response was given, referred or still awaits review.
• Check a follow-up comment before treating the thread as complete.
