This remote role supports a flexible schedule and offers pay of £24.50–£26.50 per hour, with full-time or part-time options. The focus is on accurate categorisation and reliable handoffs rather than resolving every query.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and classify customer enquiries accurately.
• Follow routing rules and use provided guides to assign categories.
• Write clear, concise handoffs that preserve customer context.

Responsibilities

• Read each incoming message and assign it to the correct queue.
• Check for a reference and determine if multiple issues exist.
• Draft a short note for the receiving team summarising the question and required action.
• Escalate when the guide does not cover the issue or information is missing.
