Job summary

Howden is seeking a Protection Adviser for the Leads Review Team. The role is fully remote with initial in-office training, and accommodation/travel covered. You will review clients' protection arrangements, build rapport, and identify changes in needs while maintaining accurate records and meeting targets.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential. Prior experience in sales is beneficial but not required, with full training and career progression opportunities

Responsibilities

• Call existing clients to review their current protection arrangements (Warm leads).
• Build rapport and understand customers' current needs and circumstances.
• Help clients understand existing cover and identify changes in protection needs.
• Manage client records accurately across multiple systems.
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and compliant advice.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and market changes.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional or alternative protection.
