Job summary

Howden Life & Health is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Sales Team in a fully remote role. We provide comprehensive training to build a successful career helping clients select the right protection insurance from a panel of insurers.

You will call warm leads, build rapport, and manage client records across multiple systems while hitting daily and monthly targets and delivering compliant advice. A collaborative, employee-owned culture supports growth.

Responsibilities

• Calling client led enquiries (warm leads) to discuss their protection needs.
• Building rapport and understanding customer needs.
• Managing client records accurately across multiple systems.
• Handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Achieving daily and monthly performance targets.
• Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice.
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market changes.
• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products where appropriate.
