Responsibilities

• Conduct impactful sales coaching to maximise team potential.
• Empower team with product knowledge and sales skills.
• Hold monthly touch bases and daily buzz sessions to set expectations.
• Deliver training and sign-off on competence of new starters.
• Collaborate with other teams on initiatives benefiting the department and Howden Health and Life.
• Develop personal understanding of the business, regulation, and insurance industry; stay up to date with changes.
• Lead by example to achieve personal and team targets.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks required by the business.
