Job summary

Everywhen is seeking a Business Protection Advisor to advise clients on key protections and related cover options. The role is remote with occasional travel to clients and our Southwest England offices. You will join an established team, delivering market-leading customer experiences while meeting commercial targets.

You will engage with introducer partners, convert leads, and collaborate with insurers and internal teams to maximize opportunities and provide compliant, high-quality advice.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services markets and business protection.
• Willingness to study toward Cert CII RO5.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into new business.
• Experience building relationships with insurers, providers and account managers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of Financial Services regulations and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business income through client relationships and introducer partners.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through service quality and surveys.
• Manage relationships across lead generation, customer service teams and insurers.
• Collaborate with employee benefit teams to identify referral opportunities.
