Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the Homes Team and manage a portfolio across Brent and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering a high-standard housing management service across mixed-tenure properties, coordinating with residents, clients, and contractors to ensure excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• CIH / ARLA qualification or equivalent, or willing to undertake such qualifications.
• Proven front-line housing management experience with strong customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage a varied workload.
• Valid UK driving license with access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• To manage the overall tenancy journey and act as the main point of contact for all residents.
• Manage the site service charge budget and deliver yearly reporting for end of year service charge accounts.
• Carry out all building management duties including repairs, inspections, and estate services.
• Coordinate day-to-day running of the building and ensure residents are informed.
• Undertake inspections, monitor contractors, and provide regular reports.
• Mobilise contracts and onboard properties into management at lease out stage.
• Carry out tenancy administration including move in/out and deposit negotiations.
