Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Homes Team and manage a portfolio of homes across Brent and the surrounding areas. This role is responsible for delivering an excellent housing management service across a mixed-tenure portfolio including affordable housing, social housing and shared ownership properties. Working closely with residents, clients and stakeholders, the successful candidate will take ownership of their patch, ensuring high service standards are maintained while fostering positive communities and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.
The ideal candidate will have experience within housing management, residential lettings or the wider property sector and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. They will be an organised and self-motivated individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of managing a varied workload and building effective partnerships with residents, contractors and clients. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient and solutions-focused, with a good understanding of housing management practices and a commitment to maintaining high standards across their portfolio .
This is a hybrid role and a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
