Job summary

Flying Colours Consultancy Limited is seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer for a 3-month remote contract. The role requires strong hands-on desktop support experience and familiarity with Azure AD, virtualization, and backup solutions.

Responsibilities include maintaining Azure AD, SQL clusters, and backup systems, plus supporting LAN/WLAN, proxies and Firewalls. Preferred candidates will have ITIL certification and experience with Intune, SCCM, SharePoint and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 3 years of desktop support experience preferred.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Remote work setup with ability to support Azure/VMware environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced desktop support and troubleshooting across environments.
• Maintain Azure AD, SQL clusters, Veeam backups, LAN/WLAN, proxies and firewalls.
• Assist with virtualization, clustering, backup solutions and network infrastructure as needed.
